It uses copper as the conductor, crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) as the insulation layer, and low smoke halogen-free (LSZH) as the sheath, suitable for complex underground power transmission scenarios. The conductor is made of high-purity copper. Three 185mm² main wires are responsible for power transmission, and one 95mm² ground wire ensures safety. The multi-strand stranded structure improves flexibility and conductivity. At 25℃, the main wire current-carrying capacity is about 280-300A, meeting medium and high-voltage power demand. The XLPE insulation layer has a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 90℃ and high insulation resistance, which can resist underground water vapor and chemical erosion. The LSZH sheath has low smoke and halogen-free characteristics, producing little smoke and no toxicity when burned. It is also corrosion-resistant and anti-aging. Combined with the overall structure, it can withstand underground soil pressure and mechanical impact. It is mainly used in urban underground trunk lines, industrial park power distribution and large community power supply, providing safe and stable transmission guarantee for underground power networks.
