The overall sheath is also made of flame-retardant PVC material with a thickness of ≥0.8mm, a temperature resistance range of -15℃ to 70℃, an oxygen index of ≥30, and passes the vertical burning test (self-extinguishing time ≤30 seconds), with good fire resistance. The surface of the sheath is smooth, and the outer diameter is about 8-12mm according to the number of cores and wire diameter. Safety and Environmental Adaptability The rated voltage is 300/500V, which meets the requirements of GB/T 9330 control cable standard and CCC certification. It has oil resistance and wear resistance. After being immersed in industrial oil environment for 24 hours, the insulation resistance retention rate is ≥80%. It has excellent anti-mechanical vibration performance. After vibration test at 10-500Hz frequency, the conductor connection is not loose, and the signal transmission is stable, which is suitable for vibration scenarios such as machine tools and production lines.
