VSD (Variable Speed Drive) cables and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) screened cables adopt a multi-layer shielding structure, usually including copper tape wrapped shielding and copper wire braided shielding, which can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), ensuring the synchronous transmission of power and signals in frequency conversion systems. Their conductors are mostly high-purity copper with excellent conductivity, and the insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with strong temperature resistance, which can adapt to the working environment of -40℃ to 90℃ and meet the temperature change requirements when the frequency converter starts and stops frequently. The 3c+3e cable has a multi-core structure, where "3c" refers to 3 main core wires for power transmission, and "3e" refers to 3 grounding wires or signal wires, which enhance the system safety and signal feedback capability.
