3×70mm²+50mm² Cu/Al Power Cable series covering 1kV-35kV (including 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 26/35kV etc.). Conductor options: T2 copper or 1350 aluminum. XLPE insulation thickness 1.0-5.5mm (varies by voltage). Screening options: copper tape (Cts) or wire (Cws). Sheath options: PVC (2.5mm), PE (2.8mm), LLDPE (2.3mm). Overall diameter 35-85mm, copper weight 6-22kg/m, aluminum weight 4-15kg/m.

• Ground: 50mm² tinned Copper Conductor

Manufacturing Process

1. Conductor production with 54-die strander

2. Triple-layer co-extrusion for uniform insulation (eccentricity≤10%)

3. Copper tape overlap≥15%, wire screen coverage≥85%

4. 100% pass spark test (LV) or partial discharge test (MV)
