The Pure Copper THHN Style Cable with 200mm² stranded conductor is a power transmission cable specially designed for high-power and harsh environments. Its core configuration includes a large-cross-section 200mm² stranded pure copper conductor, double-layer protection of PVC insulation and nylon sheath, with 90°C high-temperature resistance and 600V rated voltage. It is widely suitable for industrial plants, large commercial complexes, data centers, and infrastructure scenarios that have extremely high requirements for current-carrying capacity and protection performance. The rated current-carrying capacity can reach more than 600A at room temperature (slightly different according to the installation environment, such as about 610A when laid in air and about 480A when laid in pipes), which can easily meet the power needs of high-power equipment such as large industrial motors, high-voltage frequency converters, and data center server clusters. The conductor is made of stranded pure copper wires. The electrolytic copper material with a purity of ≥99.95% not only ensures excellent electrical conductivity (DC resistance ≤0.091Ω/km) and effectively reduces energy loss during transmission, but also the stranded structure greatly improves the flexibility of the cable. This makes it easier to operate in scenarios such as wiring of large equipment and turning in narrow spaces, avoiding the disadvantages of large-cross-section solid conductors that are easy to break and difficult to bend.​ In terms of material design, the double-layer protection structure of PVC insulation and nylon sheath endows the cable with comprehensive environmental adaptability. The inner PVC insulation layer adopts a high-temperature resistant modified formula, which can work stably in a continuous high-temperature environment of 90°C. The outer nylon sheath further strengthens the protection. The high wear resistance of nylon material (tested to withstand 10,000 frictions without damage) can resist scratches and extrusion during wiring, as well as mechanical wear during long-term use. It is especially suitable for scenarios vulnerable to physical impact such as industrial plant floor wiring and cable tray laying. In addition, the nylon sheath also has a certain degree of chemical corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of oil stains, weak acids and alkalis and other common industrial pollutants, and extend the service life of the cable.​ The combination of 90°C high-temperature resistance and 600V rated voltage makes it suitable for various complex electrical environments. The upper limit of 90°C operating temperature is much higher than that of ordinary cables (usually 60-75°C), and it can be directly used in areas close to heat sources, such as around industrial boilers, generator rooms, and high-temperature production workshops, without additional heat insulation protection measures. The 600V rated voltage complies with the low-voltage power distribution system standard, which can not only adapt to the 380V three-phase power system commonly used in the industrial field, but also meet the power supply needs of high-voltage equipment below 600V in commercial buildings, with strong compatibility. For example, in a large automobile manufacturing plant, this cable can directly supply power to a 500kW stamping machine tool. When the equipment is running at full load, the conductor temperature is stable at about 75°C, far below the 90°C upper limit, and the insulation layer and nylon sheath have no softening or deformation, ensuring long-term safe operation.​ In terms of application scenarios, relying on its large cross-section, high protection, and high-temperature resistance, this cable covers a variety of high-demand fields.
